I think it would be a good idea if the admin. can add "New post" to the main menu so that we can quickly see/view all those posts since we last login. This way will also encourage those people that see the post to answer and help other. I hope someone can understand what i'm trying to explain here.

Thank you very much for your creative suggestion. I fully understand what you are asking for. But I think we already have such functionality on our front page. If you browse to our front page then look at your right side, you will see a block called "Lasted 5 Posts".
I think throught that "Lastest 5 Posts" you can see what is the last 5 topics being discussed.
I hope this can answer your question.
