Sorry,i apologise if i wronged or offended some readers,i am not a Cambodian,i respect cambodian people,me i live in france,and i was just WISHING to oneday marry a cambodian or far-eastern woman,if its possible,so i was trying to ask help from cambodians who live or have contacts in france,infact i could pay rent up to 700 US D monthly,so certainly there is a part of french people much poorer than me,according to statistics.But its not important of who is poor or poorest,we are all same humans.The problem of foreigners finding hard to get appartments in france is known widely,but in some other countries it is maybe the same or more or less,its not ONLY because one is a foreigner that one finds it hard to get apartment in France,it also more or less because of lack of guarantees,assurance and insurance for non-payment of rent,i think the french gov't should assure,guarantee,encourage,ask,maybe oblige and demand the appartment owners to rent them to foreigners who atleast have permanent work in France..Any way if some one is interested to know me more friendly, i have my one-man group address is ( http://groups.msn.com/HARASS )..

Come on m8, there are many Cambodian that live in France. I'm sure its not that hard for you to fine one and be friend with. I live in UK and i know that not many Cambodian live here but in France you will come across them almost everywhere. Go to section 16 if can't find one.
