Below is the instrution on how to post flash movie in this forum.
step 1: you must know the
Embed Code of the movie.
The embed code look something like:

http://www.youtube.com/v/RAQBpjen7PY" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
step 2: use the
FLASH button to post your flash movie by taking only the
exact url of that movie. In this example it will be
http://www.youtube.com/v/RAQBpjen7PY
so the final result will be:
&#91flash&#93http://www.youtube.com/v/RAQBpjen7PY&#91/flash&#93
and that's it
Finally, remember to use only the
